Currents of Peoples highlights the movement and intermingling of the Plain Indigenous peoples in the Mei River basin, transforming local research, tours, and workshops into interactive exhibits that trace these cultural and social flows.
Guiding visitors from Highway No. 6 into Puli and nearby settlements—Pazeh Yüanhsiang, Kungtien Kou, and Lanchêng—the exhibition uses water features, chatbot guides, DIY cooking, and spice jars to evoke local identities.
The curation also revives the Pazeh water hammer craft, with Puli high school students contributing scripts and chatbot design, bridging tradition and technology.
